Summer Camp

Available to children ages 6 to 12 years, the Animals & Us Day Camps teach children about animals while having fun. Subjects range from basic pet care and humane education to animal control, wildlife and potential careers in the animal welfare field. Kids enjoy games, crafts and activities covering a variety of topics. Each camp also gives children the chance to interact with animals at the shelter. Camp is one week long and is offered during the summer.

The registration fee for each session is $125, which includes materials for crafts, a camp t-shirt and a daily snack. There is a $25 cancellation fee. Due to the overwhelming popularity of the summer camp program, we must limit registration to one week per child.

Registration will be accepted at the shelter or online via the website on Monday-March 17 at 9:00am.
