NAHS offers on-going education for adults on a variety of subjects. Guest speakers cover topics on domesticated animals, wildlife, pet loss, and other animal welfare issues. Seminars are held on the third Tuesday of every other month at the shelter.

A Sound Beginning - a program specifically designed to reduce the stress that normally is part of the transition period from shelter/rescue to living in a home.  Set your dog up for success - Learn how to build a better relationship based on understanding both ends of the leash!  Q&A to follow presentation.
